1. Reservation Guarantees

All reservations at Viretol Casino Hotel must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of reservation unless specified as part of a prepaid or promotional rate.

2. Standard Room Reservations

For standard room reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date and time to avoid cancellation fees.

5. Special Event Periods

During special event periods, holidays, and peak seasons, different cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated during the reservation process.

• National Holidays
• Local Festivals and Events

5.2. Special Event Cancellation Fees

For reservations during special event periods, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the full stay amount.

6. Prepaid and Non-Refundable Rates

Some promotional rates may be offered at a discount in exchange for being prepaid and non-refundable. These reservations cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

7. Early Departure

If you check out prior to your scheduled departure date, you may be charged for the remaining nights of your reservation unless notification of the early departure is provided to the front desk at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, etc.), Viretol Casino Hotel may waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support force majeure claims.
